Each visit is individually tailored, creating special moments filled with joy, tradition, and shining children's eyes. Our goal is to keep Luxembourg’s Saint Nicholas tradition alive and provide your family with an experience that will be remembered for years to come.

Kleeschen's Book

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a personal link to our information form.

Through this form, you can provide important information about your children. These details help Kleeschen prepare a personal and authentic visit tailored to each child. The information is entered into his Golden Book and allows him to speak directly about the child’s achievements, interests, and experiences throughout the year.

Important Notice

For organizational reasons, information can only be submitted through the personal link provided. Information sent via email, telephone, messaging services, or social media cannot be considered.

We therefore kindly ask you to complete the form fully and on time so that Kleeschen can prepare for his visit in the best possible way.

Important Information Regarding Gift Distribution

To allow Kleeschen to focus entirely on the children during his visit, we kindly ask you to hide the gifts in a suitable place within your home before the visit begins.

As Kleeschen visits many families throughout the Advent season and his sack is already filled with surprises for children across the country, he is unfortunately unable to transport the gifts himself.

During the visit, Houseker will inform the parents that the gifts were accidentally left in a safe location. The parents can then retrieve them and hand them to Kleeschen.

At the end of the visit, Kleeschen presents all gifts together to the children. Please make sure that each gift is clearly labeled with the child’s name so that every child can easily find their own present.

Before opening the gifts, the family will sing one final song together with Kleeschen. During this moment, Kleeschen quietly says goodbye and continues his journey to visit other children.

Only after Kleeschen has left the house may the children choose and open their gifts. This helps keep their attention focused on the gifts and the special moment itself, while preserving the magic of the visit by preventing them from following or observing Kleeschen on his departure.

Please inform us upon arrival where the gifts have been hidden so that the process can be carried out as naturally and smoothly as possible.

The full proceeds from these visits are donated to the projects and activities of our non-profit organization.

Families experiencing financial hardship are welcome to contact us confidentially by email. Together, we will explore the possibility of a supported or free visit.
